Julie Cridland was a PhD student in the lab working on using paired-end, whole-genome sequencing data to detect structural variation in population samples of Drosophila yakuba and Drosophila simulans. She is currently a postdoc with Dave Begun at UC Davis.

Andrew Foran was an undergraduate in the lab. He worked on a simulation study modeling complex human diseases (published in 2013 in PLoS Genetics), and has been involved in dissecting Drosophila for RNA-seq assays.
Rebekah Rogers joined the lab as a postdoc in 2011. She got her PhD with Dan Hartl at Harvard University. Rebekah is currently working on the use of paired-end Illumina sequencing to study structural rearrangements in the genomes of Drosophila yakuba and Drosophila simulans.
Ling Shao is the lab manager and senior research associate. Ling has been working on optimizing paired-send library preparation protocols for the Illumina platform, and is generating the libraries for the resequencing of Drosophila yakuba and Drosophila simulans.
